30-day voluntary returns
We offer a 30-day voluntary return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For this additional voluntary option, goods must be unused, in the condition received, with their original packaging and any tags. Please provide your receipt or other proof of purchase. Contact info@slowdownoil.eu to request a return and receive instructions. This additional option does not restrict your statutory withdrawal or faulty-goods rights described below.
Our voluntary return option excludes perishable goods, personalised products, opened personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items and gift cards. These exclusions do not remove any statutory rights that apply to your purchase.
Return address and postage
Send returns to OWL Company s.r.o., Petőfiho 13, 945 01 Komárno, Slovakia.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage. If the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the necessary return costs. Contact us for return instructions; a prepaid return label is supplied when we are responsible for those costs.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase by notifying us within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Send a clear withdrawal statement to info@slowdownoil.eu. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. Your statutory rights do not depend on our prior approval or on retaining the original outer packaging. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning. The statutory exception for unsealed goods applies only where the goods are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery; it is not a blanket exclusion of all food or personal care products. Sale items retain their statutory rights.
Refunds following statutory withdrawal
For statutory withdrawal, we refund the payments due, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery for a fully returned order, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option are not reimbursed as part of statutory withdrawal.
Refunds under the additional voluntary return option
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If accepted under our additional voluntary return policy, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@slowdownoil.eu. These voluntary processing times do not replace the statutory withdrawal deadlines above.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Please contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, with your order details and a description of the issue. We will help resolve it and cover necessary return costs. Your mandatory rights and remedies for faulty goods are not limited by the 30-day voluntary return period or the 14-day withdrawal period.
Exchanges
For a voluntary exchange, request a return first and place a separate order for the replacement product once the return is accepted. This process does not restrict statutory remedies for faulty or incorrect goods.
