Delivery destinations
We deliver to Slovakia and selected European destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether delivery is available for your order and which services apply. A country appearing in the website's country selector does not by itself confirm delivery availability.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery estimates below start after dispatch and are additional to processing time.

Deliveries outside the EU
Where delivery outside the EU is offered, destination import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges may apply. Unless explicitly included in the checkout total, these charges are payable by the recipient to the relevant authority or carrier. Customs processing may extend delivery time.
Delayed, lost or damaged orders
Please contact info@slowdownoil.eu with your order number if a parcel is late, missing, damaged or contains an incorrect item. For consumer orders delivered by a carrier offered by us, we bear the risk of loss or damage until you or your designated recipient receive the goods. These delivery estimates do not limit your statutory rights.
